I know you can download the static html/js/css files for each version via Releases · crystal-lang/crystal · GitHub. E.g. crystal-1.11.2-docs.tar.gz. If you’re on a laptop, should be able to open index.html in your browser and navigate it as if it were the real thing. Mobile phone should be similar id think, tho I never tried that myself.
