Maybe we should do a good plan before suggestion someone take a PR to guides or somewhere in crystal-book, the last similar suggestion from you(the leader of core term) is [this post about use zig cc for cross compile](https://forum.crystal-lang.org/t/cross-build-crystal-compiler-but-without-build-libgc-a-but-lib-crystal-libgc-a-exists-in-offical-released-tarball/6333/16), I actively contribute it, but the [PR](https://github.com/crystal-lang/crystal-book/pull/737) get closed finally, it clearly hurts the enthusiasm for community contributions.
