I just want to be clear, is the Windows version on GitHub?

Crystal does not fully support Windows at this moment. See [https://github.com/crystal-lang/crystal/issues/5430](https://github.com/crystal-lang/crystal/issues/5430).

A workaround would be to use WSL.
