Hi Crystal community! 👋

I’m reaching out to share that I am officially looking for the next chapter in my career and actively seeking remote-first opportunities.

As a **Crystal Core Team member** and the author of the **Kemal Web Framework** , this ecosystem has been a massive part of my journey. Beyond building frameworks and projects, I’ve always been deeply passionate about growing our community, whether that’s through writing the _Crystal for Rubyists_ book, curating _Crystal Weekly_, or building CI/CD tooling like `cryload`.

While OSS is a huge part of my DNA, my professional background spans 15 years of experience as a Senior Software Engineer and Team Lead. I specialize in architecting high-performance SaaS platforms and cloud infrastructures that scale to millions of users.

**My core stack & expertise include:**

- **Backend:** Crystal, Ruby, Ruby on Rails

- **Frontend** : Javascript, Typescript, Angular, react

- **Databases:** PostgreSQL, MySQL

- **Infrastructure:** Linux, Kubernetes, GCP, AWS

- **Focus:** Scalable backend architecture, Performance, and Team mentoring

I am looking for a team where I can blend my hands-on engineering expertise with my passion for building highly scalable, robust systems.

If your company is hiring for remote roles and looking for someone who thrives on solving complex challenges, I’d love to connect.

Feel free to reach out to me directly at: [dogruyolserdar@gmail.com](mailto:dogruyolserdar@gmail.com) ✉
