This was an open issue in [markd](https://github.com/icyleaf/markd), so I implemented it (probably has some bugs)  
in my [markterm](https://github.com/ralsina/markterm) project

If you ever needed something like this, take a look. It’s super easy to integrate in any project that uses markd.

I also made a typo, what i means is `which` markd open issue you talk about.
