The major takeaway from their documentation is that they have good SIMD support in the standard library. We had something too but never materialized: [Support SIMD · Issue #3057 · crystal-lang/crystal · GitHub](https://github.com/crystal-lang/crystal/issues/3057)

SIMD is something I was wishing for just last night. I’ll probably resort to `flag?` calls and inline assembly, if I can figure out the inline assembly syntax. Not ideal, but until something materializes…
