My [static site generator](https://nicolino.ralsina.me) is getting there. Maybe not for general use yet but:

- Fast-ish (within 20% of Hugo in a nice day)
- Full-featured [markdown](https://github.com/ralsina/cr-discount)
- pandoc for random other formats
- Image [galleries](https://nicolino.ralsina.me/galleries/)
- Shows [code nicely](https://nicolino.ralsina.me/listings/)
- Of course [blog](https://nicolino.ralsina.me/posts/)
- [shortcodes](https://github.com/ralsina/shortcodes) mostly hugo-compatible
- Incremental and parallel builds via [croupier](https://github.com/ralsina/croupier)
- And RSS, and a link checker, and a live server, and tons more

Like I said: not for general use yet, but I am planning on porting my 26 years of web presence to it in the next week or two, which is letting me find most nuisances

Because of an algorithmic optimization in croupier, now nicolino is about 20% faster than Hugo in a totally non-representative synthetic benchmark :-)
