Rounding mode : how to get back the previous behaviour?

The default rounding mode has changed: how can I get back the previous mode (TIES_AWAY) with the ‘round’ method?
According to the definition, it seems possible, but the syntax is not clear to me.

Prob .round 2, mode: :ties_away.
