As part of the initiative to bring Crystal into Fedora Linux as an official, first-class language runtime (Fedora 46 System-Wide Change Proposal), we have established the official Fedora Crystal SIG (Special Interest Group).
Our goal is to build a well-maintained, secure, and unbundled Crystal ecosystem for Fedora, EPEL (RHEL/CentOS Stream), and downstream distributions.

- Packaging Co-maintainership: If you’re a Fedora packager (or want to become one), we’d love to have you co-maintain core ecosystem packages like
crystal-lang,shards,ameba,flaw, and web frameworks.
