Any interest in a Turso shard?

I found Turso, its a Rust rewrite of SQLite. I recently made a Ruby adapter for this and opened a PR. Just wondering if anyone else would find this useful for Crystal?

I wrote one that uses the libSQL JSON/HTTP API a while back. It’d be great if one existed that handled the binary API with the local cache and all that.
