New multi thread mode: always new thread

For those of us who make frequent calls to “C land” or who have threads that cause page faults, it might be nice to have a compile time option “always have a new thread for every fiber”
I know it sounds anathema a bit but for certain use cases might be grand. Thoughts? :)

I’d be happy to do a PR for it if it had any chance of being “supported” I guess :slight_smile:
Might be a nice feature to advertise as differentiating crystal from go :)
