Following-up to Announcing CrymbleUI - a modern, native Crystal GUI framework from 6.1.2026:
- CrymbleUI is now at v0.6.4
- with full github CI
- and full support files for Linux and Windows shipped alongside
- it’s mostly usable, I’d say - I definitely like it more compared to the old GUI I used
- except my original RecursiveGrid sources it’s fully AI generated…
- its first line of code emerged 2.11.2025, 19:46
- currently is has:
- src/: ~29732 LOC
- spec/: ~50242 LOC
Following-up to Announcing H3O Embrace - pure Crystal data management application from 6.1.2026:
- embrace (github resp. homepage) is now at v2.0
- now fully FOSS under AGPL3.0
- main new features: using CrymbleUI, of course
- some smaller feature increments only as of now
- comes with CI-built binaries for both Linux and Windows (nice github feature!
) - 99% hand-crafted Crystal code - over I don’t know how many years…
