Has anyone used a pi to use as a web server? For example if I want to put a crystal web app on it and access it via the internet for personal projects. If not, are there any free options available. Or what is the lowest cost option available? I just want to do proof of concept web apps for myself

Crystal multi-arch docker images available should help with that, as provided by 84codes. The official images do not currently include arm images.
