Where do I file bugs?

I am new here and want to know how I can contribute by filing bugs I find.

The bug:
I installed Crystal as per the instructions on the website with Snap on Ubuntu.
After firing up, it claimed that libraries are missing, adding weblinks for further help, one of which is dead with 404: https://crystal-lang.org/install/on_debian_and_ubuntu.html

Can you share the error you’re getting? And where you found this dead link?

Nice find! Probably should just link to Install Crystal on Linux | Snap Store as a more generic landing page for how to install with snap, given it includes instructions for various distros at the bottom.
